We want to be modest in our apparel, so we are asking each lady to follow these guidelines:
– Appropriate athletic footwear is required. Please do not wear open-toed shoes.
– Appropriate attire is required. Please do not wear shirts with bare midriff, shirts that show the ribs, or tank tops. Additionally, please do not wear leggings. If you wear shorts, please be mindful of their length as you will be stretching, bending, and lifting. Lastly, we ask that you do not wear biker shorts or compression shorts for your workout.
